Today was another good day for Taylor! Tehnically she is still in the NICU but we did get to have her with us for feedings & bonding time - basically any time that she didn't have to have a test run or a round of antibiotics. We met with one doctor who told us that every test/culture has come back normal and that another doc diagnosed her red spot on her head as cellulitis. So he thinks we should be able to take her home tomorrow. The only reason he couldn't say for sure was because he wasn't the one that offically diagnosed her - that doc will be back tomorrowand she is the one to sign the papers.
This is our 5th night here and we are officially just tired of being in the hospital. Everyone here is GREAT and we have no complaints on that end - we just can't wait to be in our own home again with our daughter. My staples are coming out in the morning and then I will be discharged at some point. I really don't want to have to leave without Taylor so keep crossing those fingers.
