Too Fast! Too Furious!!

I think most of you know that I have what some would call an unhealthy obsession with Paul Walker and the Fast and Furious movies. Not to disappoint anyone and not to break my tradition of seeing a Fast and Furious movie (with PW) on opening day - I took a vacation day last Friday so I could go to a matinee showing of the 4th in the series!! Oh it was SOOOO worth it! I can't really explain it as I'm more of a Legally Blonde/Bring It On fan but there is something about the cars that makes me love the Fast movies. Who am I kidding - it's totally the cast! HA! Dear Crazy.....

So that is how my weekend started! Really - it couldn't have been much better. Saturday was nice and relaxing. Ben played golf so Taylor and I played around the house, ran some errands, played some more....you get my drift. We went to my new favorite Italian store here in the Burg called Galletta's - they make the BEST sandwiches! After Taylor went to bed, Ben and I enjoyed our sammies while watching the Final Four! I'm fairly certain that I didn't see the end of the UNC game that night. What happened?!?! I turn 33 and I can't stay awake for my favorite sports night of the year! UGH!

Sunday we were up and at 'em and heading down to Falls Church to meet up with Jac & Tood at their house after they ran in the Cherry Blossom 10 miler! They did great!! They ran it 9 minutes faster than they did last year! Good job guys! Proud of ya!
Ben and Todd went to the CAPS game that afternoon while Jac, Taylor and I got to spend some quality time together. Taylor got to go on her first Loehmann's trip. What can I say - the girl likes to shop with mommy! ;0) After the boys got home, Jac made us a delicious sinner - Stuffed Shells! Yumm-O!!!

Taylor is doing great! She is "cruising" around from table to couch to toy and having a good old time. She's funny every once in a while - you can see it in her eyes that she thinks she doesn't have to hold on to things and will let go and look so proud of her self for the 0.2 seconds before she falls flat on her rear. She gets really frustrated and will pull herself back up and try again. I love the determination!!
She and I are meeting up with my friends who past & present worked for SUN. It's always a good time with them and they haven't seen Taylor since August - boy are they in for a treat!

Hope everyone is doing well! Happy Hump Day!
